• All prices listed on our website or in quotations are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other authorized methods.

• For custom orders, a deposit may be required upfront.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.

• Ambala Industries is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit unless agreed otherwise.

5. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damages during transit, reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• All products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

• Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
